By accessing bleartalmed.club or using any of our coaching programs, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
2. Our services
bleartalmed provides career coaching and professional development programs, including career strategy, leadership development, professional skills, and career transition support. Our programs offer guidance and education. They are not a guarantee of any specific job, promotion, salary, or outcome, which always depend on your own effort and circumstances.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use our services. By using bleartalmed, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet these requirements.
4. Accounts and acceptable conduct
You are responsible for keeping your account details and any login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree not to:
- Use the services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- Share, resell, or redistribute our coaching materials without written permission;
- Interfere with the operation or security of our website;
- Misrepresent your identity or provide false information.
5. Billing and plans
Paid memberships are billed on the schedule shown at checkout — monthly or annually. Annual plans are offered at a discount to the equivalent monthly rate. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Prices may change with reasonable advance notice.
6. Guarantee and refunds
We stand behind our programs with a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied within the first seven days of your initial paid membership, contact us at info@bleartalmed.club and we will issue a full refund of that first payment. After the guarantee period, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Intellectual property
All content, curricula, frameworks, and materials provided through bleartalmed are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own professional development. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
8. Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." While we work hard to deliver high-quality coaching, we make no warranties that the services will meet every expectation or produce any particular result. Career outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, bleartalmed and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or use the services in a way that harms us or other members. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
